I'm quite disappointed as I have just taken delivery of my new GP2X and found that I need a card reader to format the SD (it mentions on the blurb that it must be formatted before inserting into the unit).
This wasn't mentioned on the 'GP Distribution' site and I think it should be included as...
After months of scanning, deliberating, designing and adding fairy dust, Andy Vaisey and I are proud to announce the launch of Compilation64 - The only interactive on-line archive for Commodore 64 compilations.
The site and friendly forum can be found at http://www.compilation64.5gigs.com/ ...
If you are referring to my posts then can I just ask what the 'international date line' has to do with anything?
Oh and posting 'Quit Crying' just makes you sound like a immature 14 year old - If you believe that companies are totally honest and look out for their customers needs, then you need...
Yes but if it was a publicity stunt (or a way to find out an amount of potential sales) then the name was probably already planned and it just so happened that the winner picked the right name.
If that is the case (which some people here seem to not want to acknowledge the possibilty of) then...
My point exactly - Its all very well adding 'GPX2' to the existing sections but it's just creating more problems in the long term.
As Quiest said, not everyone will buy a GPX2 (and I won't be able to afford one till at least next year) and I'm not really that concerned with reading purely...
Whilst I agree that it's obviously a major talking point, there are the usual duplicate and pointless threads started (as you admit) that shouldn't need merging or locking by mods - People should maybe think not to start them in the first place?
There are too many threads about the GPX2 cluttering up the rest of the forum - We need either one section for GPX2 or maybe even a complete subsection with different categories.
Thoughts?
I'm currently re-reading 'Feel' - The Robbie Williams biography by Chris Heath. He also wrote the 'Pet Shop Boys Vs America' book around ten years ago, which I've read tons of times!
All systems have good points - Okay, some of them were flops in terms of not selling very well, but I can't honestly think of one system that is totally crap. Most have at least a few 'key' games.
Compilation64 is a new website dedicated to archiving a record of all compilations that were released for the C64. The site is soon to launch and we need the help of fellow forum-ites here. We are looking for scans of adverts of compilations, along with scans of compilation inlays (front and...
Bubble Bobble is easily as good (if not better) on the C64 than the Master System, so you are missing out on a great version.
If you use the SEARCH function, I'm sure you will find some threads with reccomendations for the various systems.
Come on! Its probably the best festival in the UK. Where else can you see so many varied and interesting acts? Plus if you don't like the music then you can go and sit in a field. Whether you like rock or dance or world music, there's something for everyone!
Much better than the corporate...
