Caanoo / WIZ Bluetooth For Caanoo

Hi all, I am trying to implement the linux bluetooth stack into the Caanoo, with a bluetooth usb dongle to test. Compiling usb (btusb.ko) and hci stacks (bluetooth.ko) is ok. Inserting bluetooth.ko module is ok too, but btusb.ko crashes during probe when dongle is inserted. Kernel panic shows...

    Usb Working !!!! On Gp32linux :)

All the big yellow surface you see on the card is the GROUND (0V) layer. I connected the black wire (power supply GROUND) to this layer, which is also connected to pin 4 (usb ground) of both usb connectors.

Hum, it seems that I was sleepy when I wrote that. Datasheet doesn't say 50mA but 400mA of internal output current. And yes, if you use external MOSFETs, you will have no limitation. Ok, I must write 1000 times: I'm not a electronician, I'm a hobbyist. I'm not a electronician, I'm a hobbyist...

Be carefull: max641 can only deliver 50mA. Many USB devices are consuming more than 50mA. Normally, USB port must support as much as 500mA.

We need to provide a zImage + filesystem with auto loading of needed usb drivers modules. Now, you need to choose the right usb devices you have to compile them into the kernel.

    Usb Working !!!! On Gp32linux :)

Power supply is done by a 5V REGULATED adaptor. Big wires are connected to a female jack (you can see it at the down-right corner of the photo). The adaptor is connected to this female jack. In electronic, there is a universal law: - big RED wire: positive power supply (here 5V) - big BLACK...
