comparing the z1 to the blu is a bit like swings n roundabouts.
take note tho - u dont have to buy a storage card - you can use the z1's (more limited) 32mb ram as storage - likewise for the z2 (128mb ram) it comes with a power suply, cable etc so theres no cost there either.

you sure? im had a legit reason for the DAA key. i didnt have to answer ANY questions - just signed up with my company web page and that was it. considering they say it has become harder to aquire such a thing, it was pretty easy.
to answer a few questions:
1. i got a zodiac 2 (128mb ram version) for £220 inc shipping.
2.i bought if from a guy through the zodiac gamer forum named "inomad" - hes a us resident who bought via the tapwave site and then shipped to me - he was very reliable and informed me of updates almost...
yeh, the instant on/off function is excellent. and touch screen makes such a big difference to naviagtion - can get around the OS so fast.
everyone should buy one...right now : )
well, i have been a GP user for quite some time now - but the zodiac was just too tempting. mine arrived a few days ago and i have to say it is very nice! the overall build quality is outstanding - the nice metal case gives weight. the analogue pad still workds well with the classic 2d games...

i did a similar thing not too long back - i had to trasfar 18gig over a wireless network to back up an older machine.
it does take a lot longer then a hardwired network - i simply left everything copying and went to bed - got up in the morning and everything had trasfared.
