What do you put in each of the directories in your SMC...
as there is GPETC, GPSYS, GPMM, GPGAME and i don't know what they are all for...

Would you recommend i put separate directories for GPScumm, OSnesXGP and so on.....

An MP3 i used didn't work it just hanged why is this?

Also my GP32 screen seems too bright is there some sort of contrast tool or programme you can get to change the contrast of your GP32 (as my black is a little too grey)- this is actually a good idea so could somebody make one if there isn't one available yet!!!!!

all the .FXE files go in GPMM, these are the executables (programs)

the built in mp3 player doesn't support VBR mp3s so this maybe the problem - there is a better mp3 player for download on this site (team k2yaa)

checkout the faq if you haven't already

game is for comercial apps
gpsys is unknown
gpetc is for jpeg , txt....
gpmm is for all the emu, games....ALL the FREEWARE (ans some payent like GlopDX (a very good game but very hard)

Oh shit ive been doing this all completely wrong

all my games are in the games directory
and everything else is in the gpmm directory

oh and no i haven't used the mp3 basket

hahaha
:(

Actually, you can organize the SMCs as you like... but ONLY if you use pacrom as firmware (or better: the multifirmware).

The directories are only needed if you use the original bios.
