what are the best Nes, Snes, and Megadrive and GBC emulators?
and where can i download them from?

is it just me or does the GPscumm site not appear to be working?

would you recommend getting windup?
do you have to download the gp32 mp3 player seperately?
(i dunno if that is a stupid question as i dont have a gp32 yet)

thanks

I would say the best ones were the ones that seem full speed with sound and saving:
Castaway - Atari ST
LittleJohn - NES
fSMS - Master System
fMSX - MSX
fCOL32 - Colecovision

Castaway is particularly impressive in the way it easily handles switching between joystick, mouse and keyboard.

There are also 2 other emus that are near perfect but don't support saves yet, but are still worth checking out:
GPFrodo - C64
GPEngine - PCEngine

And there are two emulators that are close to greatness but are not quite there:
fGB - Gameboy
Speccyal K - ZX Spectrum

fGB has saves and great sound but speed is sometimes too fast or too slow. Speccyal K has saves, great speed, but sound is not always so great and saved key mappings and full screen don't work. Keyboard is not so friendly either.
