It's not tooo hard to do it.
I assume you copied all the .fxe files you need into the GPMM directory.
And I assume you copied all the Data files into the GAME directory.
In case you don't have the files, get them here:

SOD.fxe is needed if you want to play the full version of Spears of Destiny.
SOD_Demo.fxe is for the shareware version of Spears of Destiny.
SW_Wolf.fxe is for the shareware version of Wolfenstein.
Wolf3D.fxe is for the full version of Wolfenstein.
You can play the shareware versions right away as they are included in the Data Files.
Try if this already works. If it doesn't, recheck your directory structure!
If you want to get the full version to work, just copy all the WL6-files into the corresponding directory
(GAME\Wolf3D)
Now extract the file vgafiles.zip into the same directory. You can get this file from the site I mentioned above.
Now the full version should work, too
