I want to know if it is worth the effort to make a guide on how to modify a gameboy advance floodlight to work with gp32.
the + are
1. BRIGHT
2. does not drain batteries
3. not very much glare
4. easy to find
5. easy to build
the - are
1. big

i don't want to make the guide if 3 people will actually build it.

P.S. the new design/mod looks MUCH nicer than the old one ;)

one person made one with rubber bands, which desn't work as well as velcro.

there is also a worm light guide, but floodlight is much brighter.

also, as for pictures, i need to charge the batteries to get better results. ;)

You need an "already done it" choice.

I used velcro. I trimmed out the front to fit the GP32 screen, cut the locking tabs off the top, then epoxyed velcro onto the top and bottom of the fllodlight.

I made velcro straps that attach to the vecro bits I glued on. The fit is slightly snug. It is practically impossible to shake it off during normal use.
