My GP32 has now decided to act a bit wierd.

When I turn it on and go to the games menu I can't launch anything.. Pressing start does nothing (or sometimes starts loading for a second then stops), the only way for me to launch games or freelauncher is:-

1) Go to the games menu
2) Press B to go back to the main menu
3) Go to the MP3s menu
4) Press R + B to go back to the main menu
5) Go the games menu, and now everything works.

Straaaaannge..

now that is strange!!

i suppose you tried new batteries, that sorts out most problems.

Yep.. Tried new batteries and it's doing the same thing still.

I had my first "batteries ran out" scare today ;) In GPengine the screen starting getting really washed out and the front light kept flickering on and off.. Thought I'd broken it for a second ;)

What really freaks me out is when this 'tornado' of white moves left and right around the screen (when batteries are low) ... first time it happened I obviously thought the screen was b0rked. Why they can't have a variable-intensity LCD on the top to indicate battery, like the Gameboy has been doing for a decade, I don't know.

who cares.. if erratic behavior when batteries run low on my GP32 is the worst problem I have with it, then that makes me pretty happy!

I have to love my NGPC.. hours after hours gameplay with same batteries.. and when they start getting low on power the led starts blinking and finally it just shuts itself off. I say it should be like this in GP32 too... but...
