Okay, what version of linux??? Ahh.

For my device, I have mandrake linux auto load the usb, but manually it could show up under /dev/sda or /dev/hd2 or anything, depends on the setup.

You just need to figure this out, in mandrake it shows up under the control panel also, then command line it if you are doing it manually

mount -t vfat /dev/sda /mnt/usbreader where usbreader must be a created folder.

you can also add this to your fstab to load at boot or with short commands, or auto load.

If you are so new to linux, try an easier linux, like suse, lindows, or my favorite, Mandrake 10 (free edition).

Also, in your linux thread and a few others, you never reply to the answer, like if it worked, or if you are thankful for the help, do you not read them, as they ranted about posting your linux version???
