Hi everyone, it's been a while. As promised I am back with a new version of Pandoralive (that includes all articles previously published) and since the domain name was lost it has now become GiantPockets.com. I have decided to not only focus on the Pyra from now on, but also competitor devices like the GPD Pocket, the Gemini and even the GPD Win 2 as long as you can run Linux on them.

https://www.giantpockets.com/

I have just published the first new article (take it as an introduction, I am pretty sure folks here will learn nothing new) at the following address:

https://www.giantpockets.com/?p=5615

The site design is tentative at this stage and I will certainly tweak things as I go. But yeah, I am back :)

I enjoyed reading your recent article even though I already knew about all the presented machines. I will be following your blog ;)

Thank you for resurrecting the older Informations.
I am glad to read your new Articles as well ;)

Maybe you will Report about new Gaming Phones with D-Pad like the Snail W3D and new Linux Devices..
..or new Gaming Devices for a fair Price with Opensource.

I am Curious what you will write in your next Article :)

I hope you have something Pyra related to report soon!

In other news, I tried creating a search string so that I could search the boards for old pandoralive.info links, so they could be updated, but my google-fu is failing me at present unfortunately.

Edit: Congratulations also on beating whoever's squatting on your old pandoralive.info address to launch!

If it is possible to add credits to my render... they were done with a lot of work including remodeling the very heavy original file.
You might have other priorities so I´m not imposing it in any ways and I will understand whatever decision you prefer, I made them to be free for everyone and they are done to be used.
...but I like you journalist work and writing, I would be glad to see my name attached to your work. :)
keep it up!

Oh yes of course. I knew it was from you and I am sorry I did not credit you upon publication of the article... let me fix that in the evening :) Good job as always on your renders, they are awesome!

Are you maintaining the forum?

This is done now. Let me know in case you want something else in terms of attribution!

Ignoring the potential of sarcasm, no I'm not. But I could ping the mods over IRC and see if they felt like making the changes.

There was no sarcasm intended :) I have been away from these boards for quite a while, so I am not sure what exactly happened or not happened during my absence. Glad to see most people who were there before are still here!

there have been some departures and some arrivals. overall we wait in sad but joyful expectation of the pyra.

Oh, and while I am at it, I am still looking for folks to contribute articles on the site... :) So if you are interested to write about any Linux handheld, feel free to PM me.
