No More Battries


Yes, it will fry your GP32 like this morning's eggs!!! It can only handle 3volts.
 
Check the bottom of the GP32 printed into the plastic next to the power in socket
It says "DC 3V IN" and also tells you the polarity ;)
 
scuse me but is possible repair the gp32 in this situation?i need help becouse i'm in this same situation! :(
 
thanx...now i send it to the assistance...something can told me the eventual cost for the repair? i know it depend from the damage of my console...but if something have got my same experience....excuse my english but i'm italian and i don't speek good the english

Meh, I'll say it again (Although I think my case is just special), I have plugged my GP32 to my adapter at [ositive polarity and 4.5v TONS of times, and it still works. BUT, it's still not exactly safe to do so, so don't go trying it at home kids!

i haven't had this experience, but if you're repairing it yourself, i think it will litterally be a couple of pence, i believe its only a diode and a capasitor that need replacing
