Just formatted my 512GB SD card in Debian and all looked to be working fine there but then when I put it in my Pandora I get several errors:

The error message I get when trying to mount "Failed to mount"

Mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock etc etc..

in dmsg I get:

EXT4-Fs "Couldn't mount RDWR because of unsupported optional features (400
Unrecognised features on journal
error loading journal

Is it possible to have the kernel updated to support these new features as i'm kinda reluctant to have to reformat the 512GB SD card when i get the Pyra!

The partition table can be MSDOS, and there can be an EXT4 fs on the device.

That's my experience as well. I've no idea what Wally's problem could have been, I thought at first he was trying to boot from it and last time I tried I couldn't get uboot to load a kernel from anything as new as ext4, but it looks like he was trying to mount it from an already loaded OS.

I had a similar issue with a new card, wouldn't work for anything until I remade the partition table, which I think I made MSDOS style.
