Mp3 On Blu

I use GPmadMP3 ... (I think that's what it's called) and it works perfectly, but will give that one ^ a go. Thanks for the link :)

am I correct in thinking you have to rename your mp3's to 8.3 format before copying over or do the transfer programs you can get do it on the fly? I guess if you have correct id3 info tags it will still display the full song title etc even though the file names been cut?

Gp-Managers MP3 function will change the filesnames to 8.3 format
and add ID3 headers of the old filename (optional). Gpdrive/Phodrive will happily
copy the file over with it's full name, but most mp3 players won't be able
to read all of the name. So for best results, put a ID3 header on yourself.
Then it will have the right name you want with the naming conventions you
want in most mp3 players.

Or do what I do and use FREEDB and hope it works good. I like to
rip directly from cd to .OGG format and play it in Gpamp.
The advantage is, more files can fit, and you can use Winamp skins!

Skins, skins, what about plugins? :p
What is FREEDB, BTW? WAV to Vorbis converter?
