Question About The Smc

hello ,
every game has included some metal ( aluminium or something like that i think ) stickers . they are round and about 0,5 cenitimeters "big" . but what the hell are they good for ? i see no use on them
 
I also have no clue really, but I guess they are a "write protection". But i don't think the GP32 will recognize any write protection.
 
so that would only mean that i cant overwrite the smc if i put the sticker on ? or would the gp32 delet the game on the smc or something like that ? o_O
 
well when i had no sticker on my smc, it worked fine... then when my friend put one on his and he offered me won and i said yes then after it never worked!!! So then i had gone and made a whole topic about it :lol: and then i got told to take it off because its a write protector (thingy :) ... so i imediately took it off and presto it worked like a charm :D .

EDIT: quike edit... so its definetly the stiker which doesnt leet u put stuff on the smc!!!
