heres one problem i keep encountering but can never solve...

"FENIX RUNTIME ERROR 1
Error al abrir BANG_GP.dbco(the 'o' is highlighted)

Press any button to reboot"

dunno wtf this is. im guessing its a minor problem. I have fenix.rtm in my gpsys folder.

It sounds like a naming problem, as in, that the dcb isn't named the same as the fxe. Pretty trivial, but I have no idea what else can cause it.

Don`t be an asshole, you should have noticed from that post that the dcb file isn`t named like the fxe.
Just check your smc if the files are correct <_<

abrir=to open in spanish (wow, my spanish classes paid off :D )

My guess is that it couldn't open BANG_GP.dbco. Could be the file is screwed up (corrupted?) or that the file isn't there. Check to see if there is a file on your gp32 (probably in gpmm) that is called "BANG_GP.dbc. Are you sure that that 'o' is an 'o'? It could be a '0' (zero). Tell me what you find.

What firmware are you using? If you have a flashed gp and are using wind-ups (or YAFL too I think), you will get bad results. Boot the game you want (apparently bang GP) from the korean or BLU firmware (if you have flashed, this can be done by holding select when the system boots up)

Sorry daclassicgamingmaster, I might have been more descriptive. What I meant was that the .fxe executable tries to open a .dcb file with the same name in a directory with that same name. So if you have BANG_GP.fxe, you need to make sure there is in gpmm a folder called BANG_GP containing a file called BANG_GP.dcb. If there is no matching .dcb file or folder it can't 'abrir' the file. There might be other issues, but this is the one that comes to mind. Hope this is more clear :)
