sim city on gp32 would be so awsome...does anybody know if the palm os version works with gpwaba?!? i can't find it on my hard drive (and i KNOW that i had it at one point in time)... :D

if not is sim city source code available????????????

TELL ME

there is a version of sim city for castawy. I'm not sure about the sms version so I can't really comment on that. There is also a version for the snes so look around the game is out there for a few emulators just find the one you like best.

well, I don't know if you can really call Sim City for the Atari ST as a ware, seeing as if you search for it on google it's pretty easy to find.... ;-)

but to help you out go to

http://www.atarigames.net/

and go to the automation disk series. Disk number 292. And there's the extra cities disks kicking around too.. there's also "joe's ftp" site which is on this board somewhere (search for atari st on this board and you'll probably find it, unfortunately I have it bookmarked at home so I can't remember it off the top of my head!)

Shame I wish there was. Although I prefer ST graphics, they are a bit fiddly to see on the GP screen. I just switched from ST populous to SMS version, and it's a lot easier to see.

SimCity on the Atari ST was pretty sweet; works perfectly with Castaway.

Switched from Populous on the ST?

Which disk did you get a working populous on? I tried a couple and coudlnt' get the UI to work in Castaway.. somethign seriosuly weir din what they're doing. IF you've got a disk that works in Castaway, let me know!!

(Populous, Populous 2, and PowerMonger.. yum!)

well, i have the rom and it works GREAT, except for 2 problems <_<
1: there is no sound, i enabled sound on both the emulator and the game and STILL no sound
2:i won't let me save the game
:(
if anyone can help with this it would be sooooooo freakingly awsome :D
this game is one of my favorites because it was one of the games that came with our first computer (compaq 100mhz  )

there is a cute opensource simcity clone for pc called lincity...maybe a good idea for a port (improving graphic a bit  ) B)

I've tried Sim City and Sim City 2000 on SNES9X, and I was disapointed with both. SC2K is so slow as to be completely unplayable. You COULD play the original SC, if you were patient, but even with the sound off at frameskip 5 it was sluggish. Not to mention lack of saves...

Dozer: do you really have a version for SMS/GG? I have what I THOUGHT was a complete romset, and it's not there. If you wouldn't mind, could you send it to chip_andre@hotmail.com? I'd appreciate it :D
