Anyone With Doa 4 And A 50hz Only Tv???

Just got doa 4 today and found a leaflet in the box saying it cant be played unless your 360 is set at pal-60, does this mean the game wont work if your tv only displays at 50hz?

I'm assuming it means you'll get and ugly flickery picture if your TV isn't up to par with the "hi-def" type of picture the 360 want's to output.

Surely it`s the games fault and not the 360`s/Micro$ofts, Not that i`m defending microshite or anything.

due to the fact that the us version of doa worked on pal machines, i have the suspicion that no ntsc to pal conversion was even done on this game.

edit: when i first logged into xbox live with this game, when my name appeared in the lobby an american flag was next it as default, making me definitely think its the us version repackaged.
