Clock Speed. Is Mine Good?

Mine's stable at 260 in DrMD (maybe 266.. you can't test that in DrMD, I think). But don't care too much. I rarely ran my GP32 over 144mhz, and there aren't any GP2X programs that I overclock on right now.
Probably one of the few I will is the PSX emulator.

My last entry from the speed test was 285Mhz checked. I usually use it at 275-280.

Is it always better to be at a higher clock speed, or would certain games/emus run better at a slower speed?

If a game runs smoothly at 200mhz, there's no need to overclock, as it'd just waste battery life without any decent performance gain. It all depends on the emulator though, I would say Squidsnes is better with overclock, but the megadrive emulator by reesy doesn't need any overclocking at all.
