Ok. I'm in DSLinux and I delete a partition on an SD card. Whatever. The internet is working fine. I reboot into windows and.... none of my IM apps will connect to the internet (gaim, xfire, ventrilo, mIRC, Team Speak, google talk) The only thing that will connect its firefox. What the hell? So I restart. Same problem. I boot into Linux. Nothing works there. It's an hour and 20 minutes later, and still nothing will connect. I checked all of the computers in my house, no problems.

MY HEAD IS GOING TO EXPLODE.

Will someone please help me?

Oh. I use DSL on my pendrive all the time. Its just DSLinux is the linux for the DS, so I was confused. This error doesn't seem to be caused by DSL, as ive had it happen to me on multiple machines before with other distros and windows. First, if firefox can connect on windows, and your IM apps cant, then something got messed up with your network settings dealing with ports. In DSL, did you run it off the HD, or off a pendrive/cd/external device?

There is actually a linux for DS, therefore DSLinux.

Wireless or Wired network?
Have you tried checking your firewall settings in Windows?
