Last night I made it further on this awesome (and quite challenging) game than I ever have before: Level 27 and about 500,000 points. B)

What's the furthest anyone's ever made it? Does the game have an ending?

One suggestion I would make for future releases, if any are planned. Include an option to make the UFO a little less aggressive. That thing is relentless!

Thanks that you like it!
Awesome score :)
Im working on a new version with different powerups but the sound is not finished yet.
Level wise, i incorporated over 400 levels, so there is still some stuff for you to explore.
Any suggestions welcome!

PS: When do you think the ufo gets too agressive?
PPS: Did you try the multiplayer mode?

I like it, but I've only gotten to Nasty (about level 6 I think...)

No, the ufo doesn't get too agressive, but it comes too much (on the last levels I got to, it comes again every time I shoot it)
No, I haven't played mutiplayer :( But if someone would give me a free GP32 and some RFs I'd do it ;)

Giffel,

Hmm, since you asked, I do have a few suggestions. No criticism here, just a few things I think might make a great game even better. ;)

First of all, about the UFOs. I'd say they're totally out of control around Level 20. They appear constantly and fire with deadly accuracy. I would leave this in if you can, but maybe have a beginner or intermediate level as well in which they don't get so aggressive.

I often find that it's hard to reach the shield button on the top right of the GP32 in time to save myself. Maybe you could allow players to assign functions to different buttons? My high score would probably be higher if the button directly under the A/B buttons (can't remember if it's start or select...) activated the shield.

I've also found that the collision detection is a bit off. Rocks that still seem far away sometimes get me.

A couple questions: Are there any new types of asteroids after the "vicious" ones appear? Are there ever more than four large rocks to start off a board?

Finally, I haven't been able to try the Multiplayer Mode since I'm the only person I know who has a GP32. :(

I will definitely be looking forward to your next version of this game!

I've only reached level 5, but I have my GP32 since a week.
I realy love GPastroids. It's the game I like most at the moment :)

I agree with the little collision bug, it has killed me a few time.
