Ok, my GP32 right now is on the euro firmware, which really sucks because I can't run snes9xgp or VBA32. And my backup firmware is on my 40GB harddrive! Now I'm stuck with the euro firmware! I want the old original firmware because it worked with everything. What do I do?

I read on spiv's site that his multifw has the start up animation removed. I'd like to have the animation.

Nevermind. I just DLed the english firmware from darkfader's site. But in the readme it says "Use gpfw tool to split/link the bios & menu part." What do they mean by this?

I like the animation. Plus, How am I risking my GP32 with the english firmware and not with the multifw?

What he means is that if you want to make your own firmware, with a custom menu, then use gpfw tool etc etc etc

If all you want is to have the original bios working in your GP32, just flash the file as it is.

Euhm Azure... I use the euro-firmware and snes9xgp works perfectly..... haven't tried vba yet tho......

azure,
Does your Bloody Rescue work with the Euro Firmware AND the Free Lanucher still installed?

One thing I have found is that (for the most part) most programs work fine with the euro firmware without the. BUT some programs DO NOT without the free launcher still installed. Check it out...see what happens.
Basically, use the free launcher to run the program, see if it works.
I agree though, the FW is a bit buggy.
PS: SNESGPx works for me too, I have the EURO WARE

Ill look for my Firmware. I made a Backup of mine before Flashing... I know its somewhere on a disc I Hope. But I would just go with the Multi one cos you get Wind Ups :D

I haven't tried using the free launcher yet for Bloody Rescue. I'll try it later.
