Payback

Any actual news on this thing?
I sent him an email two days ago that tells him Shibuya and Entwares email adresses for him, but he still hasnt replied. He might be busy working on the GBA version, which is good because when he makes an addition to that, it basically adds to all of the future versions.

EDIT:
IMPORTANT NEWS!

Heres what I told him and then he answered with the bottom.

Here are 2 companys to contact about getting Payback published.

Thanks for sending those. However, the GP32 market seems quite small so I think it's unlikely that a publisher would be willing to pay an advance to pay for the development of the GP32 version.

So will we have to donate? How much? Think we can raise alot?

ask him how much money he will need before begining the port... then we could donate... theres no point in donating unless we know how much we need to raise... :D

is he going to be working on just this one project by himself for 6 months, if he gets a nice offer? in that case he should need a heap o money to cover all the crack, heroin and other necessary goodies...

Damnit, we need this game.. we need this game.. bugger the GBA do it for GP32!!!!!!!! ARRRRRRRGH

This game may be the best reason to buy a gp32 if its made, i didnt even know it was capable of graphics that good!! where the hell are the big games developers? make some proper 3d games D'oh!!

That list of features won't half eat into memory requirements!!! How much memory does the Miggy version require (for full feature set)? I'm guessing a base Amiga 500 is not enough! :D

Duh! If there is a GBA version, the portable thats about 5 times less powerful than the GP32, then this will surely work, he said so himself.
right, The GBA may be expensive and shit, like $70-$100 still, the GP32 is $150-$210*FLU*

It's a bargin for the GP32, you can play over 500 titles *well, like the GBA or such: GP32 GB/C Emulator :D* that the GBA can play, and more *GBA Can play NES, but GP32 can play SNES :D, Also DOOM, and other higher quality shiz*

Im not sure if they realised that its a Korean system and that you need to become a nerd (to them) to use it.
i couldn't really call it a mini-computer due to, well, i couldn't bring myself to

But i showed them, they used it, saying it looks like windows and mini-comp and shit
then played doom

I got the email back from James Daniels (developer), this is my question and his answer.

How much money would you need in advance to publish Payback for GP32 (development).

Around 50,000 USD.

He also said that he emailed shibuya and entware right before me so maybe they will reply soon.

Space impact?Why?

When the hell did anyone say space impact? lol
