Seeing as ebay want a hefty chunk of the money from the sale, I've decided to try and sell my GP32 on this (and few other) forums.

I use the term "practically new" because although it's out of the box, registered and therefore has been used, it's spent most of it's time being used as an mp3 player. There are absolutely no scratches or any other defects (asides from a few very minor scuffs on the screen, which could probably be wiped off)... it's just been sitting in my coat pocket (how many other GP32s have been kept wrapped in cashmere? ;)). I'll include the 128mb SmartMedia card that I bought with it, too, and I would be willing to burn the registration program, drivers etc to CD for you as well.

I've decided I would be better off with a decent mp3 player (I have my eye on a Zen) seeing as this only holds 128mb, and the battery doesn't last that long (due to the LCD).

The box, manual and cable are also included and are in a similar state of perfection.

I'd like to get as close as possible to getting back the £130 I shelled out for this originally... even though I don't have a chance in hell of getting it ;)

For reference, my ebay reference is here

In case anyone wants to know, I've not tried to overclock this at all, so I've no clue how high it may or may not go. I also have GP Cinema on it, and would be happy to put that on CD, too.

PM me if you have any other questions or want to make me an offer.

SOrry to see you quit.... I feel that too many are doing this... Anyways, if you want a decent MP3 player, get the iPod.

If I wanted to spend twice as much as needed on something, then I'd get an iPod. I don't see why everyone loves them so much, Creative, Archos and iRiver make equal if not superior products, at 2/3rds of the price of the iPod.

I'm not quiting... I ordered the GP32 before I got a job, and by time it got here I had started working and so had no time... so I never really got started.

degenerate is right. the ipod is overpriced and doesnt have enough features to justify that. a 60gb nomad zen costs less than a 10gb i pod, even though the nomad is a bit bigger

download openSNES9xgp and a rom, when you run the emu, you press select to choose the desired clock setting. Start with 140mhz, then play for a little while and see if the GP32 crashed, then work your way up to the point where you get to a clock setting where your gp32 freezes.

Heh, my PC won't communicate with my GP32, great. It detects it correctly and the drivers are installed, I can see it in the device manager and windows complains when I disconnect it without stopping it first... yet it times out when I open the file transfer program.

I'll test it if and when I manage to get it working.

will you take £65 including p and p ???????????????????????????????????

Hi,

are you from the UK? I'm from belgium, how much would you like to have for it? And will you accept a trade as part of the payment (playstation console or GC console)?
