I'm debating on flashing my firmware, so I was wondering that if you flashed your firmware and then flashed it back to the original firmware, Gamepark could still notice that your warrenty was invalid.

That depends whether the flashing procedure went ok or not. :D . Then everyone could tell that your warranty was invalid, Not just Gamepark. :p

Edit: Thats sick i know.

well if your hardware is faulty ie: dodgy buttons. then they mite get it fixed, but you can forget asking them to restore the bios if you mess it up.

But then again i wouldnt know i dont work there.

Well, I know SOME devices count internally, how many times the firmware has been flashed.
Don't know if this is the case in the GP32, though.

if that is installed in the GP32, Could that mean after a certain amount of flashes (Eg 10 flashes) could it lock the bios up so it cant be flashed anymore or worse, lock the whole GP32 up???? Like a DVD Rom Drive can be set to R1, R2, etc etc but every time you change the setting you reduce the number of times you can switch between different regions.... hhhmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Naaah, don't think so. Wouldn't make any sense.

I bought my GP32 from GBAX. It had already had its firmware upgraded, so what does that mean for my warrenty?

I'm not really sure. It depends on if the people at GBAX upgraded the firmware or if Gamepark did it. But either way I think you may be ok because obviously the firmware works. B)
