Sega Saturn

girigiri was bought by Sega and they sold isos over the web to use on it (but only if you live in Japan).

It runs NiGHTS very well if you have a top of the range machine, Daytona USA worked perfectly on my 1.4GHz PC. But as I have a Saturn I didn't try many games.

There are two Visual Processors too....and...the sound-hardware is our best friend...the 68k :) ....we could use rhyles asm 64k core *G*.

by the way....who needs a saturn emulator when he has a original saturn.... *petshissaturn* hm...i should start Nights once again.

Well dont get your hopes up about a PSX for GP32 emulator, they dont even have one that goes above 1-5 FPS on the dreamcast yet...

Anyway, even if someone made a pure ASM emulator and managed to get a decent framerate, there are not that many games that would be under 128 MB. You would have to remove all the videos and audio to get any decent size out of most of the games (with a few exceptions with the much older games).

The same goes for the Sega Saturn's games.

Lets wait until we get full speed snes, genesis, and gba before getting our hopes up about anything bigger :)

Bleemcast is NOT a PSX emulator.

There are 3 versions of Bleemcast, each version is a Single Game Emultor it does not emulate the entire playstation. There are only 3 versions of Bleemcast, 1 emulates Tekken, 1 emulates MGS, and 1 emulates GT2. Thats it. And it was discontinued a long time ago.

And Bleemcast was pure ASM on a 200mhz machine that has graphics acceleration.

But didnt they hack around with the bleemcast-single-game-emulators to emulate more games than what it was supposed too? Think i've seen some hacked bleemcast on filesharing-networks.

yeah i have seen it. but they were just ISOs of one of the 3 real BLEEM! discs. and werent that good. i couldnt get the Gran Turismo 2 one to work. even with the real version of it.

I have the Bleemcast cracked ISO.

It's... not bad. It does run a lot more games, I really need to try it with R-Type Delta which apparently works brilliant. It partially worked on Soul Blade and Einhander.

well psxe on dc-emulation.com or something says it runs like 90% speed
I dont know where you are getting your misinformation but dcemulation.com reports the two different released versions

Pcsxe-DC: (version 1) (generally games are running 5fps or less)

Pcsxe-DC WIP (version 2) Better fullscreen mode, runs more games 2d games are playable but slow as before. But it is a bit smoother. About 10 fps

Thats 5 to 10 FPS, which is 8-16% speed, not anywhere near 90%. And definetly not anywhere near a playable speed, at any frameskip.

And todate Pcsex is the only known PSX emulator for DC.
