The thing worth keeping in mind here is that while there are a lot of great music players on Linux, most haven't been made with a portable device in mind--they are expecting you to use a mouse and a keyboard on a 1024x768+ screen.

That's a tough one. Some part of me feels like I should play SMB1 all the way through first, while other parts of me are leaning toward Metroid, Megaman, or SFII. There's nothing like playing a game you've played a million times before to test out how an emulator and the controls perform.
