How about bringing that idea together with savestates?
Like having an option of creating a jpg-screenshot along with the savestate.
By that you have only thumbnails of games that are on your card and which you have played already and you can see where you stopped.
Re: PANDORAS SOLD OUT
U're still not getting it, do U?
Little hint, don't think too self centered (if you can)
Think SERVER---BANDWIDTH---and then SERVER again.
U just don't have a clue. U never learn, do U?
Greetings from Kryton:
SSMMEEEE.... HEEEEE.....
PANDORAS SOLD OUT
You haven't thought it through, have you?
1. Many have their browser set to delete all cached stuff and cookies on close or cache to ram disk for security reasons.
2. When new users hit the forum for the very first time, they don't have it cached.
3. If a regular user...
Nope. :) Pandora is meant to be an Open source System, i don't see why that philosophy should be limited to Linux only. Alternate OS's are only a real alternative when they run natively. When nobody is doing it, of course it won't happen. But by whom would we like to be told what to talk about...
In most cases all wishful thinking, that's why they are considered "unlikely" on the pandora.
To me, way more interesting than the "unlikely bunch" of the gaming consoles would be how far the computer emus could go.
Like, could the Amiga Emu in future versions possibly emulate an Amiga 1200...
I recall some devs were discussing Symbian elsewhere, and they were very split about it.
While some found it all inheritally awkward, others had hopes it could all make more sense when the complete thing gets opensource by next year. Obviously the symbian used in smartphones today is mostly...

You surely know the communitiy better than I do.   damn, that was a close coffee spilling.
edit:spelling
The only OS from the smartphone sector worth discussing apart from linux derivatives would be Symbian. Its going open source by next year and its for ARM processors.
Though I much more liked one recent suggestion of an alternate OS which was made here:

Tsskk! Fanboyzzz.
Wanna use them or make relics?
Next thing one might ask Craigx to stand on the assembly line poking his nose, randomly placing bogeys inside the first batch.
I doubt it. It seems to me they crammed so many custom chips in there, that it was just a mess to program for.
Edit: Ooops, too late. But astonishing how much we think alike
I don't like Apple, because they make highly unusable stuff* and have crippled some bits of technology that otherwise would have been nice. How can you praise that?
*like stupid way of synching with the ipod software, instead of using it like a stick, integrated batteries...It's similar with...
