Current Price Of Gp2x In Japan?

hi folks, my parents will be in japan in 2 weeks and I'd like to know the current price of the GP2X to see if it's worth buying there instead of importing to Germany... it probably is. BTW, the GP2X interface will be in japanese then, any way to swith to English or German or Spanish? Or would...

Urgent: Chance To Implement Gps&wifi Via Usb/sdio?

@nickspoon yeah, a pocketpc or palm would be cheaper, but what we want to do is augment an existing game (basically) and most of the open-source ppc games lack of complexity in terms of aesthetics and game rules. with the GP2X i thought we would have the chance to run any (small) linux game...

Urgent: Chance To Implement Gps&wifi Via Usb/sdio?

@squidge thanks a lot for your ideas, sure you are right that GPS via serial port would then be a lot easier. great! about Wifi via USB, what do you think about what Tobriand said earlier about GP2X' USB port? as I understood, it wouldnt be possible to use a commercial cheap Wifi usb stick with...

hey folks, hopefully this is the right place to post my question... I am rather confused at the moment with all the shortcuts (gp32, gp2x etc.) and really hope to find some people to answer me my simple (?) question! Here it comes: Would be possible to upgrade a GP2X handheld with a SD-CARD...

    Opensource-handheld With Wireless?

oh, nice i didn't know that. it has a range of 10 meters, correct? :) by the way, is there any possibility of a "port replicator", duplicating the EXT port of gp32? just came into my mind... i mean, transfer rate would be damn slow i guess. thx arjan
