iCP2: They're throwing in the towel.

"Didn't go as planned"? That's a bit of an understatement. "You all got ripped off by my business partner" would be more accurate. Still, I'm glad it's over. I can't help but wonder what Craig's next disaster will be though.

iCP2: They're throwing in the towel.

Thanks for the update Link. I have to say I'm pretty disappointed that all that remains is the money I paid for shipping. Craig has a lot to answer for, but I guess we all know that will never happen. I've opted in to the Pyra discount. It'll be nice to be able to feed something positive back...

iCP2: They're throwing in the towel.

Well, I'll be the first to admit I was wrong. Seems you made the right call Link, I'm glad some backers will be getting something for their money.  Best of luck wrapping this up and putting your dealing with Craig behind you.

iCP2: They're throwing in the towel.

Oh dear god... I was trying to make light of the situation, exactly as you suggested, and now you're getting all ranty again. Get over yourself.  Anyway, I'm adding you to my ignore list, your nonsense isn't worth my time. Agreed, on every point.

iCP2: They're throwing in the towel.

But it's one of those internet fights where important issues are discussed and worlds are saved. In this particular battle we have WizardStan and I arguing over the actions and intents of a man we've never met in regard to a project WizardStan has no involvement in (and arguably neither did the...

iCP2: They're throwing in the towel.

I've seen plenty of your epic self indulgent rants, perhaps you should take your own advice as I'm far from the only one capable of hypocrisy. Or in this case, a different opinion in different circumstances.  Thanks for your concern about my well being though. Good to know you're looking out...

iCP2: They're throwing in the towel.

Sometimes I think people need to hear the harsh, more sceptical view of this mess than the soft, flowery version that seems so popular around here. And other times, I'm just being a twat. We're all grown ups. Suck it up and move on.

Haha, touche! Still, WizardStan is a twat sometimes.

iCP2: They're throwing in the towel.

I didn't name call anyone, I said WizardStan was behaving like a twat.  So openly mocking people is ok but calling out that behaviour is not?

How about you actually read what I said?  And no need to be a complete twat about it just because you disagree with me.

iCP2: They're throwing in the towel.

All I'm saying is that taking Craig for his word is foolish given his long history of dishonesty and incompetence. If I were Mark I wouldn't have mentioned the iCP1s at all until I actually have them in my hand, because if he has to start posting more excuses when Craig shafts him yet again he's...

iCP2: They're throwing in the towel.

What a pointless question. If they get iCP1s then obviously I was wrong. But do you really think I am? I certainly don't. Either way I still think trusting Craig with anything at all is either stupid or reckless. His track record shows he's totally unreliable and will happily lie to get people...

    Along with Craig's pants.

iCP2: They're throwing in the towel.

Craig has lied constantly, stolen funds and delivered absolutely nothing he said he would. In my opinion believing there's a possibility Craig will actually follow through with his word at this point is an act of stupidity. The alternative being Mark is happy to leave it in Craig's hand because...

iCP2: They're throwing in the towel.

Honestly, that Mark continues to believe Craig will deliver the ICP1s beggars belief. Either Mark is stupid beyond all hope or he just doesn't give a crap any more. Mark - Did Craig actually give you a tracking number or are you just taking him at his word?
  16. R

iCP2: They're throwing in the towel.

Not at all. The statement on the ICP2 Kickstarter "Working prototypes finished, ready for mass production now" was an outright lie. There was no working prototype of the ICP2 when the project began and there was a lot of work required before it would be ready for production.

iCP2: They're throwing in the towel.

You're making the same massive assumption that Link is, that Craig will actually follow through and deliver something he promised. Why do you think he'll suddenly start delivering now? If I were Link I certainly wouldn't be posting Craig's promises on Kickstarter or anywhere else, chances are...

iCP2: They're throwing in the towel.

That's disingenuous at best. You posted here for the sole purpose of mocking me. I didn't take any offence, I was just curious why you felt the need to.  Oh dear. Beware the bulldog! You were never involved in the discussion. All you graced us with is one smart arse comment. You got called on...

iCP2: They're throwing in the towel.

Any particular reason for the mockery?

iCP2: They're throwing in the towel.

No one here has any idea what the actual contract between Link and Craig is, implied, written or otherwise, so any armchair legal analysis is completely pointless. And I sincerely doubt anyone here is an expert on international contract law so I'd take any of that pointless analysis with a...
