I doubt anyone will tell you where to get it because i don't think we are allowed !
There is Limewire or you can just google it.
As for will it work i'm not sure, just gotta try it i guess.

In general it does run at full speed (or near enough to make no difference).
Definitely one of the fastest running games on the PSX emu for GP2X.
