Ello there,

this may be a dumb question buuuuut :

How am I able to access a USB-Stick I have attached to the USB-Port of my Router ?

(By using the Pandora and its WiFi of course)

Is that USB-Device accessible through the file manager thunar somehow ?

Within Win-7 I m able to add that Device as an additional Drive located within the Local Area Network.

But is that possible with a Pandora as well ?

Thanks !

Could you give us the make/model number of the router?

Since USB sticks aren't network devices, your router must be doing something fancy...

Ah oki .. got it working =P

*LoL I m sorry for this*

I just had to enter "ftp://fritz.box" within the "Host" field of "gFTP" from the openpandora repo.

Now I have access to the USB Device

It just worked out of the box =D

+1 for fritzbox then!

There are so many stupid, backwards, proprietary ways they could have done that - and they used a properly documented protocol :)

I did not expect it to be that easy. =)))

Thats why I have asked in advance if someone gathered experience with that kind of stuff before.

I should have read myself a bit more into the users manual before posting this. ^^

O well... at least we have the information now that its quite simple with that kind of router tho. =D

Thanks for your reply btw ! You have pointed me into the right direction. =)
