if your panda is not connected to mains (when 0% appears, it's a normal behaviour), it is probably a bug, take out the battery and reinsert in a few minutes

I will tru thanks

I leave for 10 minuter the battery
I charge 100%
Now the battery indicate the right %
I tried but the battery after one night the battery is 37%
It is possible??

did you leave it powered on all night? Yes, it's possible, specially if wi-fi and bluetooth are on.

if you turned it off before sleeping, you probably have a bad battery.

The wifi and blutooth are off.
The battery is new!!!!!
What can I do??

Typical for an improper placed battery :)
Remove it and reinsert it according to the manual, that should do the trick.

I will try
Tomorrow you will have my notice ;)
Thank you
