Would it be possible for Bermuda Syndrome to be ported to the Caanoo. I was reading over on Dingoonity that someone got it working on the A320 but the text was too small to read which made the game unplayable. Maybe the Caanoo's larger screen could remedy this?

Farox's Pandora port looks very nice indeed, which put the bug in my ear for this.

The source code to the engine reimplementation is here; http://cyxdown.free.fr/bs/

The Dingoo and Caanoo have the same screen resolution (320x240), the Caanoo screen is just physically bigger. I believe the text issues are due to the text having to be scaled down to fit the resolution of the Dingoo, so the Caanoo will suffer the same problem.

I have started to port on Caanoo/Wiz and it's not about lack of power that make the game unplayable...after the cinematic sequences (who look ok) the rest is reaaaly tiny cause the resolution used is 640*480...i was thinking on use a downscaler (similar as that used on ScummVM ) but it's out my skills..so if someone want to try.

I'm remember wrong here ...the game run right but the graphics are not tiny ...its not scaled ...look at my initial port for GP2X @320x240 (tested on my F200).

I don't have a Wiz or Caanoo to test but the prob is the resolution......totally unplayable...
Using 640*480 the game run very slowly and text is unreadble...

Yep, the Resolution...
I always liked this game due to the fact that it's graphics were way ahead of it's time
and i like Prince-of-Persia-Style Games, but the Caanoo really would need a higher resolution for this
and for Broken Sword 1+2 on ScummVM too.

Someone ported it to Dingoo, any chance to see it on Caanoo ?
