Blew Up The Power Supply

I know it's stupid, but I plugged in my GP32 with one of those multi-voltage adapter and forgot that it was on 7.5 for my keyboard and I plugged it in and then it buzzed a bit then I quickly unplugged it.

However, it was too late and the thing was dead. I put batteries back in and it wouldn't power up. 5 hours later I tried again with no luck.

Am I totally screwed? (Besides selling my GP32 for parts and probably upgrading to GP2x..)
 
I'm sure that somewhere on these forums is info on what resistor you'd need to replace (including pictures) but that's if you know how to solder...
 
Thanks for that link!

I'll try it out since the Zener Diode's are pretty damn cheap.
