I just fixed my loose thread holes. Now Pandora's case seems to be even tougher than when it was new, at leas on the first glance.

This is what you have to do:

First, simply fill the holes with epoxy and let it harden for 12 hours. It does not matter if you completely fill it out or if the epoxy just sticks to the inner wall, you have to drill it out anyway.

Take an accurate 1.5mm driller and drill the hole to the right gauge. Be careful and DO NOT DRILL TOO DEEP or this will happen:

Then turn in the screw, so it will cut a new thread into.

And that's it. turn out the screws and assemble the case.

Good advice. I'd have worried that 12 hours would be too long and the epoxy would have hardened too much and become too brittle to take a thread, so that's worth knowing.

Regarding not drilling through your case front, if your drill doesn't have a built-in stop, I always use a bit of coloured electrical tape round the bit at the appropriate height, so I can observe when it's lined up with the desired level and stop.
