I'm forever hearing people saying this or that game just doesn't work, is poorly mapped or just far too convoluted etc for touchscreen & for the most part I tend to agree.. a lot of the classics ported to touchscreen make absolutely no sense to me.

Which got me thinking.. which ones would make sense/work well (at least in theory) what would you like to see..?

An obvious one has got to be Rez, I think the Panzer Dragoon's would also be good candidates.

What do you guys reckon..?

I think it depends on what kind of touch and the screen size. If it's accurate (e.g. resistive) or the screen is big enough (e.g. 10" tablet), mouse-based strategy games like Lemmings and Warcraft can work well on a touch screen. But I wouldn't want to play Lemmings on a 3" capacitive touch screen ;)

ScummVM / Any point and click adventure

Heroes of Might and Magic 3 - Complete

I have seen these on tablets and it seemed to work very well,

like everything turn based.
