Hi, when I use virtualdub to encode a dvd to the low gp32 settings straight away I get ugly horizontal lines on an object in the video whenever there is movement. While when i use the same settings doing an avi to avi or mpeg1 to avi I don't get this these lines.

What am I doing wrong?
Thanks
Using normal 128kb setting 1st pass 10 frames per second.

yeah and I hadn't even put in on the gp32 it just has those lines in any media player which no other avi has that I have made from a different source than dvd.

that are interlancing lines, activate "deinterlancing" or something simmilar
