I can't seem to start firefox because it says it's already running even after I reboot. Any ideas?

Sometimes on my desktop Firefox crashes and I get this, but not right after reboot. It could be the session manager tries to start it but something bad happens.

`pkill firefox; firefox` always works for me. If it doesn't, you'll have to go digging around for a lock file that Firefox was supposed to delete when it exited.

That didn't work.

Let me clarify... this is the message I get.

"Firefox is already running, but is not responding. To open a new window, you must first close the existing Firefox process, or restart your system."

I wonder if this has something to do with my profile being on the sd card. The problem was when I set it up it wasn't under my SD cards name but under that mmpk0-1 thing or whatever.

In your profile directory (somewhere in the appdata directory) , there should have a file named "parent.lock". Drop it :)
