Ok, so I'm looking for a new car as my Mazda MX Miata, which is fully suped up minus some things which I found out lowered my top speed by 20, isn't working for me anymore in the other races, especially the test course TURBO races. In those ones, I usually smoke everybody withing the first 60 seconds but then I reach my top speed which is 140, and everybody else is still reaching there's still when they are at 140. So, they all slowly pass my up then. I figured that it was just the car, since I already suped it up to ~320 HP.

So, I'm looking for a new car, under 150k. I'm looking for something with more than 300 HP and one that has full TURBO capabilities, not NA. I found two that were very interesting, but I felt that I should ask about them first.

First, the DODGE Viper GTS:
=============================================================================
Viper GTS 78,680 Credits
=============================================================================
Max Power | 449 HP/5200 rpm
Max Torque | 489.66 ft.lb/3700 rpm
Displacement | 1997cc
Weight | 1531 kg
Height | 1194 mm
Length | 4488 mm
Width | 1923 mm
Wheelbase | 2443 mm
Track (Front) | 1514 mm
Track (Back) | 1539 mm
DriveTrain | FR
Engine Type | V10 OHV
NA/Turbo | NA
Power Weight Ratio | 3.409
Torque Weight Ratio | 0.229

For it's money, it seems like a freakin' steal, but there must be something bad about, right? I know that it's NA, but because of the price and the HP, I wouldn't mind. But there must be something wrong with it, right? I mean, ~78k for a 449HP car, come on! So, what's wrong with it?

Second, the LOTUS Esprit V8-SE:
=============================================================================
Esprit V8-SE 106,000 Credits
=============================================================================
Max Power | 349 HP/6500 rpm
Max Torque | 295.10 ft.lb/4280 rpm
Displacement | 3506cc
Weight | 1380 kg
Height | 1150 mm
Length | 4415 mm
Width | 1885 mm
Wheelbase | 2420 mm
Track (Front) | 1520 mm
Track (Back) | 1520 mm
DriveTrain | MR
Engine Type | V8 DOHC
NA/Turbo | TURBO
Power Weight Ratio | 3.909
Torque Weight Ratio | 0.343

This seems like a fair deal to me. ~100k for a 349HP Lotus seems right to me. This was the car that I plan to buy, but I haven't because of the Viper (See previous car). This car is TURBO, which is good, and it also comes in the nice color azure, which I REALLY like. So, any comments on it?

Last, the Mitsubishi 3000 GT VR-4 TURBO:
=============================================================================
3000 GT VR-4 TURBO 43,230 Credits
=============================================================================
Max Power | 276 HP/6000 rpm
Max Torque | 314.63 ft.lb/2500 rpm
Displacement | 2972cc
Weight | 1710 kg
Height | 1285 mm
Length | 4575 mm
Width | 1840 mm
Wheelbase | 2470 mm
Track (Front) | 1560 mm
Track (Back) | 1580 mm
DriveTrain | 4WD
Engine Type | V6 DOHC
NA/Turbo | TURBO
Power Weight Ratio | 5.428
Torque Weight Ratio | 0.349

Now, this car is REALLY cheap. It's also TURBO, but it only has 276HP. But, for it's money, it's an interesting one. My friend, who is really into these games, always buys this car when he plays, so that's why I brought it up. I figured, maybe it's on the lower end of fast cars. My budget is up to 150k (But I'd like to have some money left over to do some suping right away), so maybe I shouldn't get this car, go for something else in my price class. Any comments on this one?

Thanks.

Hmm...how bad is the handling? Handling is VERY important and I woulnd't want a fast car with cheap handling.

What about the other cars? The Lotus and the Mitsubishi?
The lotus is not bad alot nippier in the handling department and accelerates quicker, altho its top speed isn't as good as the viper, i dont know bout the mitsubishi really as i didnt use the one i had as i didn't like it.
