Jolla Sailfish

No, it is based on Mer - a fully open-soure linux OS for handhelds. http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sailfish_OS

It provides android app compatibility via Myriad Alien Dalvik. Still unclear how good the compatibility is...

It is debatable whether it would be a good match for a Pandora2 - unclear is how much of the full linux software stack will be available, so it might not be possible to run many of the desktop based apps available in Angstrom or Slackware.

On the other hand, a few tweaks to the UI could make the applicatiohn launcher and switcher compatible with nubs and/or dpad, so it could act mainly as a miniMenu type program launcher for both Pandora apps and Android apps.

EDIT: the android compatibility is limited to those apps using the Dalvik VM, meaning a lot of games based on the NDK will not run. Oh well...
