It wouldn't be very useful, but it would be cool, dammit. I want OS 7.1 on my GP2X. :D

You could port Basilisk II over and then run System 7 on top of that, but I don't know how well that would work.

We only called it "Mac OS" on versions >= 7.6 anyway.

PORTS REQUIRE SOURCE CODE

/me wishes he was a MOD so he could lock this topic

The source code is available for System 7.1. Can't tell you where to get it though, should apple send the legal team after me. :D

Holy crap! He's right!

OK fuck it, it's on the 68kmla hotline server, located at 68kmla.dyndns.com. You have to use hotline to connect to it. http://www.tucows.com/preview/193834 Be warned it has adware, I don't know if you can choose not to install the adware. If you have a mac, install it on the mac, the mac version has no adware. Mac version at http://www.tucows.com/preview/203784

Thats not necessary, I found it elsewhere (although this stuffit file is practicly useless to me).

http://www.stuffit.com/win/index.html

Assuming you are on windows... If you use Linux, well, try WINE I guess...

There is a command-line Linux stuffit extractor, just search for Stuffit for Linux on google and mac sure to download the linux version, instead of the solaris version. Then put the 3 binary files into your /bin directory. I'm using Ubuntu right now, and I just used it that way.
