im sure im gonna get yelled at alot for this one but... where do you guys get your roms for neo geo?
I'd say there's quite a bit more. Granted, the Metal Slug series is top-notch, but if you enjoy 2D fighters than the Neo Geo has a fantastic selection, from the King of Fighters series to Samari Shodown/Spirits.moora101 posted on Aug 8 2003 said:You could always try Direct Connect or something... maybe there's a newsgroup but I've never checked... personally speaking there are only 3-4 great games available for the neo geo (metal slug for definite) and the rest are good but not great. I think that's why it's so hard to get them (as with Wonderswan :-( )

I will say for the record that I regard to the NGPC as a failed console that screwed over a -lot- of people who bought it (including some friends of fine). I couldn't care less if ROMs were traded for it, as the same thing happens for NES, Spectrum, and so on.
However: GP32X does not allow direct links to roms or rom sites, as this could get us into trouble. But I won't object if such stuff is discussed.
A-whoops, I thought we were talking about Neo Geo stuff, not NGP©. Yeah, the NGP wasn't exactly the best system ever, and there weren't that many games for it either... you'd probably be right in saying that Metal Slug is the best game for it.moora101 posted on Aug 8 2003 said:I find it very hard going from the DC versions to the NGP versions... Maybe its the two button thing!!
