Anyone know why someone would use the neogeo CD emulator over the regular NeoGeo emulator?
Obviously one emulates the cd based console and the other emulates the AES.
But my question is more functional, why would anyone use the neogeo CD emulator, when they could just use the Neo Geo AES emulator? I believe the games are 90% the same...NeoGeo put out the CD based console and ported the games over to it because no one could afford the NeoGeo AES and its 300.00 cartridges.
I'm also going to guess you'll get better performance from the regular NeoGeo emulator, though this is only an assumption.
Opinions?
