If I'm not mistaken, the iPhone runs on ARM architecture? If so, I suspect it might be completely possible to use the SIO2 exporter along with Blender to write software for the Pandora:

It uses OpenGL ES and various other open source technologies. I guess it all boils down to the exporter and how much it relies on libraries or other stuff specific to the iPhone / iPod touch. It'll definitely be interesting to see if this can be used to make games for Pandora. With the recent improvements to Blender's game engine, this could be a really cool toolchain.
