I don't get the monkey-island thing, care to explain it?
It's one of the pirate insults in Monkey Island

Insult: I've heard you were a contemptible sneak.
Retort: Too bad no one's ever heard of YOU at all.

Oh, cool :D
that's an adventure game right?
I've heard of it before, I think.

Indeed. And thanks to the open source ScummVM project, you will be able to play it on your Pandora.
I highly recommend the entire series. It is fun and funny!

I think I lol'd harder at this than I did at the actual game. Probably because I didn't see it coming.

Well that's made my early a.m. Looks like N64 emulation's coming along really well behind the scenes. Would love Jet Force Gemini to work, but I have no grounds to be too regretful given some of the things I didn't expect that are on this list (Perfect Dark at 50-80%!!!). Great work :D
Jet Force Gemini and F-Zero X should be working with the latest update.

Banjo Kazooie was Rare. It worked, and Mupen64 for PC can run Conker so dare I say, maybe? Not going to say any more and risk getting flamed.

Jet Force Gemini does work but it is fairly slow and has an annoying rendering problem which will probably require a game specific hack.

Conker's Bad Fur Day? I heard something about Rare games being unplayable, true?
Even if it did work with the dynarec, it won't with the gfx plugin. CBFD used its own ucode which is not implemented in gln64.

Yeah, I noticed that the shadows get drawn on the screen instead of rendering to a texture.

I think anyone who thinks golden eye will run on the Pandora at a good speed
has lost their marbles ,it just won't happen ,not now or 3 years down the line.

There are however many games that will play full speed in the future ,i think
the games that won't work good enough will be golden eye ,perfect dark ,zelda mm,
possibly pilotwings for graphics errors and some really old crappy games that you
wouldn't want to play anyway.

this is the games i think should/will eventuly run at a very good speed with little
no errors.

Mario 64
Mario Kart 64
Forsaken 64
Banjo Kazooie
Diddy Kong Racing
Wave Race 64
Mario Party
Mario Party 2
Mario Party 3 - high system requirment
Mario Golf - graphics errrors plusfix
turok 64 - mabe can be slow depends on graphics
Starfox 64
Fzero
Zelda oot
Blast Corps - speed issues mabe - too fast fix
castlevania
castlevania 2
megaman legends
goemon - speed good - graphics mabe errors

not got time to write a full list but theres really plenty
that will/should run good.

i however really want dreamcast ,yes n64 would put panda on the map for sure
but dreamcast would actuly give the pandora some really up to date games with
good graphics ,it would make people buy a pandora in the 10000s

Yes, Forsaken should run fine on these specs and if not I'll make sure it does :] And (not the n64 version) that's the pc source port that supports online multiplayer that I'm talking about which is still actively being maintained by the community (mainly me but players count :) . Please see my other post: HERE
