The Pandora could run opengl programs as the graphicschip is also capable of the full openglspec, but there are no drivers for it for armdevices, that support it.
The drivers are closed source, so for implementing it, you need to reverseengineer the whole gpu.
I noticed that FPse and ePSXe for Android make use of an external OpenGL GPU plugin. How could this be when the drivers are closed source? How did the devs manage it to make the plugin work for their emulator ports??
I'm sorry if this is a dumb question but I'm just curious...
