When you thought scammers couldn't get any lower....


Honestly doesn't surprise me. The amount of money these scam opperations make is enough to fuel an entire industry of online scams.
 
I wonder how it can grow to such a big thing without being noticed and stopped.
It also somewhat reminds me of the Indian call center scams. The front-end is sometimes legitimate and employees aren't aware they are part of a scam. These employees are the ones making or taking the initial calls and will forward them to the scammers. Obviously they can usually leave when they want, but they are involved in scam without wanting to be. Compare this to Foxconn where employees willingly join as employees but can build-up a debt by just working there, for example if they break something they have to pay those costs on top of rent and food they have to buy on campus.
