Yes porting it to DC would be a good idea, for sure ! The problem is, I just sold my DC (I'm a bit ashamed), but I guess it's not a problem.

The whole game is in C, except for the gfx and sound mixing routines.

I have to say this is the best programmed hombrew game i have tried since i have the gp32.
I suggest you some things to make this better because it is really really good programmed.
There are two small graphic bugs, the first one is when the fog is disappearing, the other is the font used in element descriptions in the game.

I also recommend you, if you want to release the game under GNU GPL and begin a project in SourceForge, i'm sure that some people would want to help you in graphics, programming and music, but this is only your decision. I think that because it looks like a good piece of software.

Greetings.

 Thanks !!!!

I was planning on releasing the source code, but when I'm finished with my scrapbook to do list...

Nevertheless, I think the whole thing will be far more interesting when it will load everything from external files. As I started working on this, well, let's just see how much time it will take...

do the gas leaks run out of resources? it would be nice if there was somethin that tells u how much resources are left

Fantastic work, although I think it could do with some in-game guide to explain the purpose of each unit and how to make money.

Also, the game stalls for me whenever I restart a skirmish game or win/lose then start a new game. It doesn't happen straight away, only after a minute or so.

1. i can't load my saved game (savingfile is corrupt)
2. what is a Flarelauncher??
3. Nuclear Ramp???

My System:

FW: Aquafish multi
Clockspeed: until 246 Mhz
startaplication: Yafl 0.1

loading games does not seem to work at all...
both, skirmish saves and campaign saves dont load.
please correct this bug...

anyway, i just did beat the first mission in the final war campaign with double helix, damn it was fun B)
shame i will have to do it all over again since i cant save.

Yeah, the loading bug kinda puts a dampner on the campaign mode which otherwise looks great.

I managed to get up to the fourth mission before I gave up...you have to defeat the enemy within an 8 minute time limit. I made a ma-hoosive army of tanks and shit and went over to the other corner of the map with 3 minutes to spare. Plenty of time, I thought to myself. Which would have been true had I not got horribly lost! By the time I actually reached the enemy base I only had about 1 minute 30 secs to destroy the crapload of missile silos they'd built up. Did it with literally one second to spare...my heart was racing...brilliant stuff! :D

Yes I guess the loading bug does rise the difficulty... I'm looking into it, and I'll update my webpage when it's done.

The team without the nukes has a serious disadvantage. While I'm building up my base they just nuke my ass. This is without even seeing me! One suggestion- the ability to launch nukes only on parts of the map that you or the comp has uncovered.

I found some graphics bugs in the menu selector thingamabob (they seem to be random, so some people might not catch them), and I also noticed that sometimes when one of the vehicles is going around something it will sometimes cut corners and roll over part of what it's supposed to be going around.....

but still.....

THIS IS A TRULY AWESOME GAME!!!!!!!

I wish your potatoes good vision and hope you have a nice day.
