GPD WIN MAX ANNOUNCED

It isn't so different from a "Nintendo Switch" kind of device, but in this case, when plugged in it could be REALLY powerful.
It also could be really impractical due the short e-GPU cables (50cm max. afaik) but OK, it's still cool.

You haven't seen a Pyra in your hands.
Pyra will have (working) Thunderbolt 3?

The current plan is to send review unit out at the end of this month ie end of next week

Given the situation with parcel transport, I imagine parcels maybe delayed to people outside china

So maybe you might see chinese reviews at the beginning of next month and western reviews a little while later

It's pretty impressive what they pack into this small form factor. However for me there's still the issue with the price, as well as the availability of replacement parts and batteries.Imho they'd be better off decreasing the speed in which they throw new devices into the market and improve on the availability of replacement parts and customer support.

GPD could give ED some of their "speed force" so it's perfectly balanced, like all things in the Universe should be. *Thanos vocie*

I wonder if the Win Max form factor still counts as "pocket device", since I doubt I have such big pockets on any of my clothes...
