According to IGN its been out since yesterday, but wondering whether to risk laying down my cash, since it might have tons of japanese text and it might not be a good game as no ones reviewed it yet.

Anyone played it or getting it soon?

I thought EA was delaying all of their games to come out in conjunction with the US release? I know Tiger Woods Jap has had a Feb 17th release date in Japan for ages, but I think it wont be out until the 24th March?

Just guessing though.

Anyone whishing to donate a game to someone who spent all their money on the PSP value pack, PM me ;) .

£40 :D .

I'll have about £38 in my PayPal account if all the things I'm selling go through, so I'll buy a game next week.

Any Reccomendations?

Though most people would go for Ridge Racers first, I personally recommend Golf as a first game, as it's easy to get into, and though I've never really liked any golf game before, this one has sucked up hours and hours of my time. Easy to play in japanese, lots of courses and challenges and unlockables. Ridge Racers is great too it just didn't hold my interest as long.

I'd avoid NFS Rivals until it gets a proper review... read the previews at Gamespot.com... seems to me the game had some issues the couple times they got their hands on playables, major ones like f**ked control. I'm personally going to wait for GT4 Mobile unless NFS gets a GREAT review.

Latest word on GT4 mobile is it will be more or less an exact PORT of the PS2 version (minus a hit in the graphics, of course), including the ability to transfer saves to and fro between the two... GT4 for PS2 releases TOMMOROW f'ing SWEET!!!

let down? I guess because it doesn't have car damage. Man people are anal about that. BTW I heard GT4 Mobile will almost almost the exact graphics quality (wheres the drool smiley?)

Well I recieved Minna no golf today and I decided to risk it and bought NFSU Rivals so I'll let you all know what its like.

Minna no golf is absolutely awesome. I also recommend it over Ridge Racers. While Ridge Racers shits over the DS version and has nice graphics, it gets boring quickly....I sold my ridge Racers off.

Minna no golf looks awesome as well with pretty much PS2 graphics. Funky music too :D

I wouldn't count on PS2 graphics for GT4 Mobile.... but it will be good enough, I'm sure :) There is only the one screenshot floating around on the internet for GT4M and most agree it is a doctored or outright fake image. I think looking at Ridge Racers and NFS gives a good indication of what to expect from GT4M... the car models are obviously lower poly than what you'd see on a PS2 game, but with good texture and reflection effects they dont' look too shabby.

I'd rather pray that the game itself is a real port, with ALL of the same cars and tracks as the PS2 version.

And yeah, I dont think GT4 will be mind blowing in any sense, not as big as the hype. Rather, it is to GT3 what GT2 was to GT1... it's just gonna be GT3 with way more cars and tracks, and slightly tweaked graphics and physics. Which is all I want... much as I love GT3, I was so dissapointed with the limited number of cars and tracks compared to GT2... and an updated roster with all the newest cars that I like makes it a sweet deal indeed. I'll be picking up GT4 PS2 tommorow :D :D :D the long wait is finally over!

Well my copy of NFSU is being shipped tommorow morning from Japan as soon as the shops open. Will let you know if its good or bad. This game is meant to have PS2 graphics....I've played it on PS2 so I'll be the judge of that.
